Why can't I see my history?

History visibility depends on your plan and sign-in state. Signed-out / Free users: history may be limited or not persistent. Paid users: we retain a limited recent history so you can access your latest outputs. Retention limits: Images last 10, Videos last 5. When you generate more than these limits, older items are automatically removed.

Uploads are used to fulfill the feature you requested (for example: image-to-image editing or image-to-video). We do not sell uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of uploaded content.

Skrrol AI uses internal usage credits to meter paid usage. Credits are deducted automatically based on the generator and selected settings. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle. Top-ups add additional credits. Unused credits are not refundable.

Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Upgrades apply immediately, and the full price of the new plan is charged immediately. Your remaining top-up credits transfer to the new plan. Any remaining plan credits from your current subscription cycle do not transfer.

Yes. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features during that period. You may resume your subscription at any time.
