Skrrol AI is an AI-powered workspace that allows users to generate images and videos. The Service is provided for informational, creative, and productivity purposes only

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Skrrol AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement

4. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions, Payments & AI Credits

  • Certain features are available only through paid subscription plans
  • Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
  • AI credits are internal usage credits and do not represent currency, stored value, or property
  • Unused AI credits expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated
  • All fees are non-refundable

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused time or credits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities
  • Harassment, abuse, hate, or discrimination
  • Impersonation or deceptive practices
  • Explicit sexual content or exploitation
  • Violations of OpenAI usage policies

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them in any real-world context.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, design, and software are owned by Skrrol AI. Subject to applicable law, you retain rights to your generated outputs

10. Data & Privacy

Skrrol AI is designed with privacy in mind. We do not use your content to train AI models. However Models are powered by Google Gemini and OpenAI, please refer their terms for more details

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrrol AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws
