1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skrrol AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service

2. Service Description

Skrrol AI is an AI-powered workspace that enables users to generate images, edit videos, and edit photos. The Service is provided for informational, creative, and productivity purposes. The Studio is offered as free early access, enabling non-destructive, timeline-based editing fully on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Skrrol AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement

4. User Accounts

Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions, Payments & AI Credits

  • Certain features are only available through paid subscription plans
  • Payments are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan
  • AI Credits are internal usage credits and represent neither currency, storage value, nor ownership
  • Unused AI Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise specified
  • All fees are non-refundable

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for the following purposes:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities
  • Harassment, abuse, hate, or discrimination
  • Identity theft or fraudulent practices
  • Explicit sexual content or exploitation
  • Violations of OpenAI usage policies

8. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before using them in a real-world context.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, design, and software are owned by Skrrol AI. Subject to applicable law, you retain rights to your generated outputs

10. Your Content and Storage

The Skrrol AI Studio stores all projects, source media, exports, and revision history only on your device using your browser's local storage (OPFS and IndexedDB). We do not upload, transmit, back up, or copy your Studio content to our servers or any third party. You are solely responsible for backing up your projects by exporting as .skrrol files.

11. No AI Training of Studio Content

Since Skrrol never receives your Studio projects or media, your content is never used for AI model training. If you use the AI generators (image, video, music, or voice), those services have their own separate terms and policies.

12. Generators Are Separate

The image, video, music, and voice generators are cloud-based services powered by Google Gemini, OpenAI, and other providers. These generators have their own terms, privacy policies, and may process your prompts and outputs. Please refer to their terms and our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Free Early Access

The Studio is currently offered as free early access. Skrrol may change pricing, features, or availability in future versions with notice.

14. Third-Party IP

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all media you import into the Studio (photos, videos, audio, music) is your own work or that you have legal permission to use it. Skrrol does not monitor, validate, or assume responsibility for copyright or IP infringements.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skrrol AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or abuse is detected

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws
